An account with Gobike can be created in two ways, either on the End-User Website or on the Tablet found on every Gobike bicycle.
A quick visual overview of all Gobike docking stations is displayed on a map. By entering an address or location into the search field the closest stations are shown on the map, and also in a list. The list of stations also indicates how many bicycles are available at each station.
Pricing information and options are clearly displayed on the End-User Website, where Operators can clearly describe the various pricing options and offers available in their specific Gobike project. End-users can quickly see what pricing options are available and which option suits their needs the best.
A web form and full contact details for the Operator allow end-users to contact the system Operator quickly and in a way that’s most convenient for the End-User.
End-users can is create their own customs routes. Routes are created on the Gobike End-User website and can be accessed by End-Users on the Gobike Tablet when Users have logged into their account on a Gobike Bicycle.
Gobike offers a booking service so that End-Users can be sure there is a bike waiting for them when they arrive at a docking station. Bookings may be used to lock a bike in place for immediate use, or can be created for a specific time in the future.
End-Users can access information about all the Gobike trips they have taken, including a map that displays the route they have taken. End-Users can also access all invoices issued from the Gobike system.
End-users can access and update information related to their profile, payment cards, and price plans.
